The Islands at Doral SW Community Development District consists of approximately 108 acres of land located entirely within the City of Doral, Florida. The District was established by Ordinance No. 03-37 effective as of March 21, 2003 by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County.
The District Lands were developed by Century Homebuilders, LLC as a master planned mixed residential community which contains 101 single-family dwelling units and 563 townhouse units.
