The Kendall Breeze Community Development District consists of approximately 90 acres of land located entirely within Miami-Dade County, Florida. The District was established by Ordinance No. 02-59 enacted on April 23, 2002 by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The District lands were developed by Century Builders Group Inc. as a master planned mixed-residential community comprised of 129 single-family dwelling units and 649 townhouse units.
