The Key’s Cove II Community Development District consists of approximately 84 gross acres of land located in the City of Homestead Florida within Miami-Dade County. The District was established by Ordinance No. 05-133 effective as of July 17, 2005, by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The District Lands were developed by Shoma Homes at Keys Cove – Phase II as a residential community consisting of 523 townhome condominium units and 406 executive town home units.
