The Sausalito Bay CDD consists of approximately 104 acres of land located entirely within unincorporated Miami-Dade County. The District was established by Ordinance No. 03-104 effective as of May 16, 2003 by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The District lands were developed by Lennar-Century 8th Street Developers, J.V., and will contain 225 single-family residential units and 204 townhouse units.
