The Summerville Community Development District consists of approximately 48 acres of land located in the unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County. The District was established by Ordinance No. 04-147, effective as of August 6, 2004 by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The District lands are being developed by Lucky Start at Summerville LLC as a residential community and the project will be constructed in two phases. Upon completion the Development is expected to contain 156 single family residences and 111 townhomes.
